Return due to manufacturing defects or order errors

Any product with a manufacturing defect or which is not the product requested by the customer can be returned to Sagone, without any cost to the customer. The User will have a period of fourteen calendar days from receipt of the product to inform Sagone of this and send the information requested. After this deadline has passed, any damage and harm will be the user’s responsibility. Returns due to manufacturing defects or delivery errors will not entail any additional charge for the user, the company will bear the cost of the additional shipping.

To carry out the return, the customer must contact Sagone within fourteen calendar days from receipt of the order, by emailing info@sagonebrand.com, with the subject “Defect”, stating the defects or problems, attaching photographs that show them and full information about the customer. Once this has been checked by Sagone, the collection method of the product will be stated. The item to be returned must not have been used and must have their relevant original packaging. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to refuse the return.

Once the product has been received and the defects verified, Sagone will offer the user the possibility of replacing the product for another one of identical characteristics, with the company bearing the delivery costs (delivery time 3-6 working days), unless there is no stock available. In this case, the user may choose between the return of the amount paid, or request delivery of another model. The time limit for refunding money will be a maximum of 14 calendar days from when the user decides to terminate the contract.

Returns due to withdrawal

The buyer has fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to return the product in the event they are not satisfied with the order received, in accordance with the General Law for the protection of Consumers and Users, without any penalty and without needing to provide reasons. The user must take care of sending the product to Sagone.

To carry out the return due to withdrawal, you should contact us through info@sagonebrand.com, with the subject “Withdrawal”, stating that you withdraw from the purchase contract of the product, stating the order number, date of receipt and your customer details. Once the notification has been received, the customer will be informed about the shipping method. All of the costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer.

Sagone does not accept responsibility for the courier company contracted or for the damages that may arise due to errors in the delivery address. The company recommends that you request a proof of delivery of the product from the courier company as a guarantee.

The item/s to be returned must not have been used, must be in perfect condition and with all of their relevant original packaging. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to refuse the return. Once the product has been received and checked that it is in perfect condition, the amount paid by the customer will be returned (delivery costs will not be paid under any circumstances, being payable by the customer)

The time limit for refunding money will be a maximum of 14 calendar days from when the user decides to terminate the contract.

Product exchanges

Exchanges of products bought by the user are not permitted. If the user wants to exchange, they must exercise their right to withdraw as established in the previous clause, and subsequently buy the new product.
